Out of Office and Fully Covered: Supporting a Mompreneur in Crisis

Shortly after Jackie had her second kiddo, life threw her a curveball she didn’t expect. Her new little one needed extra medical attention. Special attention that took Jackie away from running her business, Arizona Mobile Swim, a thriving mobile swim lesson company.

When Jackie reached out to me, she wasn’t just looking for help with admin work, she needed someone to step into her shoes as owner so she could be a fully present Mom to her kids.

It was, without question, one of the biggest honors I’ve had since starting my business.

I was brought on to: Manage customer service so every client felt taken care of, keep sales moving by hiring and onboarding new swim instructors during the slower winter months, set up client onboarding systems so families were ready for spring and summer lessons without delays, run promotions to bring in new customers ahead of the busy season, and handle phones and emails, making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

What happened next? We didn’t just keep the business afloat, we surged ahead!  By the time summer rolled around, we were an entire month ahead of schedule, fully booked, and ready to dive in before the first pool even opened.

This experience perfectly illustrates why I created my Out of Office (OOO) package. A service designed to help business owners step away without worry! Whether it’s a family emergency, a much-needed vacation, or just some breathing room, the OOO package lets you delegate the parts of your business you don’t want to manage while you focus on what matters most.

If Jackie’s story taught me anything, it’s that no one should have to choose between their business and their life. With the right support, you can have both!
