Communications: Crafting internal and external messaging, setting up communication flows, and making sure everyone knows what’s going on and when. Most importantly, being that friendly customer service voice that you need.
Administrative Support: The day-to-day details that quietly keep your business running. Scheduling, invoicing, task management, document prep and filing etc.
